Plant Q10
My plant design or item of plant was registered in another State. Does it need to be registered in NSW as well?

WorkCover accepts plant design or plant registration from statutory authorities of other states providing the requirements imposed are reasonably equivalent to those in NSW.

A design registration number or evidence of plant registration must have been issued.  See Clause 112 (design registration) and Clause 119 (plant registration) of the OHS Regulation 2001.

Note:  Acceptance of registration from other States does not apply to amusement devices.
