OHS Consultation Q12
Are there compulsory training requirements under other agreed arrangements?

If other agreed arrangements are to be established, the employer must consult with employees about (among other things), the training of the persons that will be involved in the arrangements.

The OHS Consultation Code of Practice recommends that all participants in other agreed arrangements should undertake training if they do not have the necessary skills and knowledge for effective participation in those arrangements.
