Agents operating in the Scheme were awarded contracts following an open tender process where they were required to demonstrate capability, capacity and performance in policy and claims management.

Cambridge has been selected to receive the Vero portfolio as they have demonstrated capability to integrate the portfolio with minimal disruption and aim to ensure injured workers and employers receive continuity of service.
