What do IRGs do?
|
The IRGs, in partnership with WorkCover, assist industry to improve their occupational health and safety (OHS), injury management and workers compensation performance by: - identifying priority industry-specific issues, trends and concerns
- providing a consultation forum for WorkCover
- promoting existing industry-specific solutions
- researching and developing industry-specific resources and practical solutions
- promoting the integration of solutions into industry practice
- disseminating information to the whole industry sector
- collaborating with WorkCover industry teams and other relevant sections of WorkCover to improve OHS and injury management performance.
