If you are committed to helping people return home from work safely – become a WorkCover Inspector and assist NSW workplaces to improve their workplace safety and injury management.

All new inspectors with WorkCover NSW begin their training in the Inspector Induction Program. This intensive training program, along with periods of field experience provides recruits with the knowledge and practical skills required to enable them to competently and confidently perform as a WorkCover Inspector.

This intensive training program extends over 18 months and culminates in the awarding of a Diploma of Government (Workplace Inspection).
