Rural Workers Accommodation Act 1969

The Rural Workers Accommodation Act 1969 requires that accommodation be provided to agricultural and pastoral workers where they are required to live for more than 24 hours on the premises on which they work. The Act also details the standard of accommodation and states that the accommodation is to be free of cost to the worker.
