The rapid expansion of the call centre industry in Australia has largely been driven by the need for organisations to adopt more cost-effective strategies for delivering servcies.  Call Centres have a unique working environment characterised by working practices that can present hazards, and system of work that differ from those of other computer-based office jobs.
