Coping with Loss and Grief at Work - Final Report
The project sought to develop a set of guidelines for the management of loss and grief experienced by aged care workers in the course of their work. It was funded by the WorkCover NSW Injury Prevention and Education Research Grant Scheme in response to the increasing awareness of loss and grief as a source of work related stress for those who work in the aged care industry.
