Employers will need to submit their waiver applications to their respective Agents who will forward them to WorkCover for assessment. Waiver applications will need to provide details of the circumstances the employer believes demonstrate that the under declaration of wages was an honest mistake or error made on behalf of the employer when they submitted their wage declarations.
