Workers Compensation Amendment (Costs) Regulation 2006
This Regulation establishes a new costs regime fixing maximum costs for legal or agent services in connection with workers compensation matters. The new arrangement is based on a 'lump sum' costs model covering the overall costs in resolving a claim or dispute. This new costs model supports the revised claims management and dispute procedures.
