Dangerous Goods and Hazardous Substances in Agriculture: Fact Sheet
Changes to the Occupational Health and Safety Regulation 2001 (OHS Regulation), under the Occupational Health and Safety Act 2000 (OHS Act) came into force in NSW on 1 September 2005.These changes brought dangerous goods (except the licensing of explosives) under the OHS legislation.There is also a new Explosives Act 2003 and Explosives Regulation 2005. The Dangerous Goods Act 1975 and Dangerous Goods (General) Regulation 1999 have been repealed.
