Central to the reform of the NSW WorkCover Scheme is the new approach for the delivery of claims and policy management services. An Agent is required to develop, implement and maintain an integrated and comprehensive approach to the delivery of Scheme services. An Agent's business model must not only outline their strategies to deliver these services but must also demonstrate a planned and controlled approach to the achievement of Scheme outcomes, namely: - improved service delivery to workers and employers
- improved return to work
- improved financial performance.
