• match the right firms to claims and asset management activities
• increase competition and performance transparency in the Scheme
• create a stronger WorkCover to perform an expanded role
• design and implement a Scheme-wide IT solution
• develop improved remuneration arrangements that provide better performance incentives
• ensure sufficient claims managers for the Scheme.
