For 3 separate periods between 28 February 2010 and 11 September 2011, the defendant failed to notify of secondary employment while in receipt of workers compensation payments.

After a WorkCover investigation the defendant Kylie Anne Duggan was charged under section 192E(1)(b) of the Crimes Act 1900.

On 25 July 2013 the defendant was convicted by the Court, and directed to enter into a good behaviour bond for 2 years and ordered to pay $30,772.81 in restitution (an amount of $50.00 had already been paid).
