This online tool has been developed to give small and medium sized businesses an indication of how well they are handling their workplace health, safety and injury management and provide further guidance for improvement.

By answering a series of questions, it will: help you to understand how well you identify and manage health, safety and injury management in your business, and in particular, workplace hazards, enable you to compare your performance anonymously with other businesses across sectors and sizes and provide you with guidance to help you improve your management of workplace health, safety and injured workers. It should take about 20-30 minutes to complete the self-assessment.
