Online Safety Self Assessment Tool- Top

This online tool has been developed to give small and medium sized businesses an indication of how well they are handling their workplace health, safety and injury management and provide further guidance for improvement.

By answering a series of questions, it will: help you to understand how well you identify and manage health, safety and injury management in your business, and in particular, workplace hazards, enable you to compare your performance anonymously with other businesses across sectors and sizes and provide you with guidance to help you improve your management of workplace health, safety and injured workers. It should take about 20-30 minutes to complete the self-assessment.

Injury management consultant pro-from referral form- Top

Employers can use this form to refer an injured worker to an injury management consultant.

Standard return to work program- Top

This program documents the employer's policies and procedures for managing workers who suffer a work-related injury or illness. It outlines general procedures for handling workplace injuries.

Workers Compensation Claim Forms- Top

A common claim form can now be used across the states of NSW, Queensland and Victoria. These forms are being implemented in NSW from 31 August 2007.
