WorkCover NSW and the NSW taxi industry have jointly developed a simple step-by-step practical guide to resolving occupational health and safety (OHS) issues in a safe, efficient and timely manner. The taxi industry is characterised by non-standard working arrangements, making effective consultation very difficult. The guide will provide a mechanism to resolve OHS issues in a complementary and consistent manner.
