The Safety Solutions Rebate Program is an incentive program to encourage small business operators to work with their employees to identify safety problems and fix them. Employers who qualify for the rebate receive up to $500 when they implement agreed safety improvements in their workplace.

We have made the following improvements to the Safety Solutions Rebate:

• We were matching your costs dollar-for-dollar; now we will reimburse you fully* when you make agreed safety improvements. 
• If you have previously received a rebate we will refund the difference.
• If you are self-employed you can now apply for a rebate as a small business.
