Given WorkCover’s mission for workplaces

modern economies, it is keen to ensure that the
small business sector has all the advice and information
it needs to achieve the best OHS practices.
To get the most up-to-date information, the WorkCover
website is an ideal place to start. It has a dedicated
small business site containing the latest legislation,
publications, answers to frequently asked questions,
incentive programs, and information about training
and seminars.
A toll-free call to the WorkCover Assistance
Service (13 10 50) takes you
to WorkCover’s client contact centre. It
takes around 700 calls per day and can provide
answers to queries about OHS, workers compensation
and injury management.
