If you have current work capacity then you have an obligation, in cooperation with your employer or the insurer, to make reasonable efforts to return to suitable employment.
If you refuse a reasonable offer of suitable employment, your workers compensation payments may be suspended or reduced.
You should contact the insurer and tell them if your employer has indicated they are unable to offer suitable employment.
If this is the case, the insurer should liaise further with you and your employer in order to identify an appropriate strategy to facilitate a return to some type of suitable employment and you should take all reasonable steps to participate in this process.
